Courtesy Patrol (Weekends)

We are now hiring a weekend courtesy patrol In Estero Fl to patrol one of our high end residential buildings .

This position requires being on your feet for majority of the shift. If you have what it takes, then join our Adamas Building Team!

Estero, Florida

Schedule:

Saturday 12pm to 12am Sunday 12pm to 11:30pm

(Additional 3 hours on 1st & Last Saturday of the month Start time 9am.)

Pay: $16.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Complete tours of property
• Issue any warning notice to vehicles violating parking rules.
• Close down pool at sunset
• Remain vigilant in the courtesy patrol office.

Requirements

• Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
• Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
• Must be able to lift boxes up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work and stand on your feet for several hours
• Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours
• Must pass comprehensive background checks
• Support the organization vision, mission and core values of the company
