The Security Special Services Team encompasses Anduril's Crisis Management, Threat Intelligence, Investigations, Travel Security, GSOC and Executive Protection Divisions. ABOUT THE JOB
Anduril Industries is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Corporate Security Investigator to join our security team. This role is critical in conducting thorough investigations related to security incidents, ensuring the safety and integrity of our products, facilities and personnel. This role is a critical line of defense against threats to the business, ensuring its security and protecting its interests on a global scale.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage the investigation process, with a focus on gathering evidence for a wide variety of investigations.
- Collect and analyze evidence related to investigations, including documents, digital data, and witness statements. Compile evidence in a logical fashion to identify POI and perform root cause analysis.
- Ensure timely, consistent, and thorough investigative processes in alignment with global protocols and regional legal considerations.
- Utilize advanced analytic tools to track offenders and provide actionable intelligence to key stakeholders. Review and interpret surveillance data to support the apprehension of offenders
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing investigation findings and recommendations. Organize and maintain accurate and auditable investigation files.
- Build and maintain strong liaison and working relationships with federal, state and local law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
- Gather evidence, interview witnesses and subjects, document in case management systems, work with law enforcement for the prosecution of investigations, comply with regulatory requirements, and identifying control and procedural issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout all investigative processes. Safeguard highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Partner closely with Legal, HR, Compliance, Security, and business leaders to coordinate investigative efforts and ensure alignment. Ensure adherence to global investigative protocols and alignment with legal and regulatory standards.
- Provide strategic guidance on investigative approaches, scope, and risk mitigation.
- Maintain an enterprise view of investigative trends and root causes; contribute to risk mitigation strategies and policy enhancements.
- Support the continuous improvement of investigation frameworks, tools, and technologies.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A demonstrated bias toward action.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in intelligence gathering, including open-source intelligence related to threats against assets.
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience conducting complex investigations.
- Ability to coordinate, work with and gain the trust of business stakeholders, technical resources, and third-party vendors.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer service. Ability to brief leadership on key issues in a timely fashion.
- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to investigations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Software Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, incident management systems, and other relevant software platforms
