Corporate Materials Administrator

JOB SUMMARY:

This position operates within the Global Sourcing group primarily responsible for overseeing all departmental administrative processes and programs. In addition, this function is directly responsible for the purchasing of miscellaneous indirect purchases.

ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Maintain document control of Global Sourcing best practices and reference documents
• Maintains all information on Global Sourcing internal sites
• Respnsible for maintaining and entering supplier information and documentation for assigned domestic sites.
• Responsible for supplier NAFTA program and compliance.
• Oversees all departmental administrative and business processes and programs
• Reviews and modifies department reports
• Manages notifications regarding supplier risk status changes

 SECONDARY DUTIES:

• Midmark Purchasing Buyer responsibility within Oracle to place orders for miscellaneous purchases following requisition approval.
• Updated pricing information on supplier quotes in Oracle with appropriate approval from the responsible sourcing contract.

 EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience.

 COMPETENCY/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• ERP experience, Oracle preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Good written and verbal communication
