The Coordinator, US Corporate Affairs is responsible for providing general project and campaign support for the US Corporate Affairs team, which includes internal and external communications, government affairs and responsible business.
Role Responsibilities
Organizing project plans and materials, compiling reports and analytics and providing editorial assistance (including statement drafting, proofreading, fact-finding, production of templates, etc.).
Write and edit content for various internal and external communications initiatives, including, but not limited to newsletters, press releases, presentations, articles, and collateral.
Manage Corporate Affairs internal and external email accounts and route inquiries internally. Document and track inquiries, responses and mentions.
Compile and maintain email distribution lists, including internal and external contacts. Distribute materials to staff, media and other stakeholders as directed.
Coordinate with Global Corporate Affairs to post statements, press releases, and stories of interest to Haleon.com as requested.
Update and maintain Haleon US intranet pages.
Coordinate internal processes for routing vendor contracts and invoices.
Coordinate events/programs, including logistics, launch, and promotion.
Attend events and assist with staffing support as necessary.
Proactively identify new and enhanced ways for the US Corporate Affairs team to support Haleon’s employee and business needs.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English or related course of study; or equivalent combination of training, work experience or education may be substituted.
1-3 years of professional experience in public affairs and/or communications.
Excellent oral, written and visual communication skills as well as excellent listening skills.
Excellent communication skills – compelling storytelling, high quality writing, sensitive to cultural nuances.
Strong capability in managing changing business environment and ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications:
Planning and organizing.
Ability to operate calmly and effectively under pressure.
Creativity and the ability to bring fresh and bold ideas to the table.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage vendor relationships and understand the technical needs of various database applications/tools.
Proactive, flexible, resilient and self-motivated – able to work both autonomously and in a team.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to understand the big picture.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Interpersonal skills to work with a wide range of individuals/groups from a culturally diverse audience.

The salary range for this role is: $69,659 to $87,074 plus an 8% bonus.
