Coordinator I Audit production
NSFAbout the role
NSF is seeking a Coordinator I in our Audit production space in this role you will Perform a variety of administrative and coordination functions for internal and external clients regarding all aspects of the retail auditing clients and staff.
- Review and approve auditor expense reports, ensuring accurate audit and expense information being provided by auditors
- Provide administration support to the Audit Delivery management teams
- Complete special projects for the Audit Delivery team (collecting auditor information, updating our internal Auditor database, etc.)
- Support our Learning platform and Auditor database in general administrative requests (assigning trainings, creating new resources, modify resource records, etc.)
- Assist in entering audit assignment and scheduling details in our internal database
- And other duties as needed

- Experience performing general office work: data entry, word processing
- Experience working with Microsoft Programs, specifically Word and Excel
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Collaborative with a global mindset, engages with internal and external stakeholders across regions, divisions, and functions to achieve business results

- High School Diploma/GED
