THE JOB:

Join the culinary team at Posh Burger inside Aria Resort & Casino, where casual dining meets unforgettable flavor in a socially vibrant setting. From the iconic Lip Smacker to the indulgent Truffle Burger, our menu is a celebration of culinary creativity worth savoring. As a Cook, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by showcasing your culinary skills and crafting high quality dishes that delight guests from around the globe. Partnering with front-of-house staff, you’ll help create WOW worthy moments that leave lasting impressions long after their visit.

THE STARTING RATE: $21.204 plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following the recipe

• Ensure all food items are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow

• Assist in the creation of daily specials and new menu items

• Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring fresh ingredients are always available

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including the proper care and maintenance of kitchen equipment

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• One year of line cook experience

• Background with Amercian quick service restaurant cuisine

• Knowledge of meat temperatures

• Is comfortable in a restaurant kitchen and with the use of culinary tools, equipment, and techniques

• Takes pride in their work, provides a safe environment, and maintains health standards

• Describes themselves as detail-oriented

• Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences

• Can handle multiple tasks at one time

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education

• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
