Cook

•  Prepare and cook meals and snacks following approved menus and nutritional guidelines for young children. 
•  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, food prep, and dining areas in compliance with health and safety regulations. 
•  Monitor kitchen inventory and ensure fresh ingredients and supplies are stocked and available. 
•  Work with school leadership and families to accommodate allergies, dietary restrictions, and special meal needs. 
•  Store food properly and follow all safe food handling and sanitation procedures. 
•  Support a positive mealtime experience for children and staff. 

•  Previous cooking experience required; childcare or school setting preferred. 
• Experience cooking for 150+ children is a must.
•  Knowledge of nutrition and dietary needs of young children. 
•  Ability to follow recipes, menus, and portion guidelines efficiently. 
•  Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and safety. 
•  Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork skills.
