What You’ll Do

Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
Measure, cut, and portion ingredients accurately
Maintain proper food storage and prevent spoilage
Monitor food and storage temperatures for safety compliance
Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with dishwashing and proper storage of kitchen items
Work collaboratively to support a smooth kitchen operation

Job Expectations for All

Stand for prolonged periods of time and handle products, tools, paperwork, and equipment.
May be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, steam, and cold present in a kitchen environment and requested to work with cleaning chemicals.
May inhale smoke from a wood burning cooker
Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with a team.
