PAY RATE:           $16.50/hour

THE ROLE

As a member of our Conversion Crew, you will assist with the preparation, setup, breakdown, and general maintenance of the venue to support concerts and other events. This role helps ensure the amphitheater is properly prepared for each event by assisting with equipment movement, facility setup, and general operational support. This is a seasonal, part-time, event-based position beginning in June 2026 and concluding in September 2026.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness of venue restrooms, event spaces, corridors, offices, suites, lobbies, docks, backstage areas, and building grounds, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and related tasks.

  • Assist with event setup and breakdown including moving, placing, and removing equipment such as tables, chairs, barricades, signage, staging components, and other operational materials.

  • Participate in venue conversions to prepare the venue for concerts.

  • Assist with general facility upkeep including cleaning, debris removal, and maintaining safe and organized event spaces.

  • Assist with event preparation and post-show cleanup of the lawn, seating areas, concourses, backstage areas, and surrounding venue spaces.

  • Collect, remove, and properly dispose of trash, recycling, and debris throughout the venue.

  • Operate equipment including, but not limited to, golf carts, pallet jacks, leaf blowers, floor scrubbers, powered hand tools, and other facility equipment as trained.

  • Assist with transporting equipment, materials, and supplies throughout the venue as directed by supervisors.

  • Maintain equipment, tools, and storage areas in a clean, organized, and operational condition.

  • Communicate effectively with management and supervisors to ensure operational needs are met and safety procedures are followed.

  • Identify and promptly report irregularities, discrepancies, safety concerns, venue damage, or loss of property.

  • Assist with emergency response or weather-related venue preparation when directed.

  • Maintain predictable and reliable attendance.

  • Adhere to the dress code and present yourself in a professional and approachable manner when interacting with guests, staff, and contractors.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • Previous experience in event setup, facility operations, warehouse work, or general labor preferred.

  • Experience working in large venues, stadiums, amphitheaters, or event facilities is a plus.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to perform routine and repetitive housekeeping tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to perform physical and repetitive tasks with minimal supervision.
