Contracts Manager, HMO Ancillary *Hybrid*

Providence is calling a Contracts Manager who will:
- Negotiate, monitor and manage contracts
- Maintain relationships on behalf of the Providence Hospital Ministries, St. Joseph Heritage Healthcare, and providers
- Act as a liaison between the Contracting Department and SJHH staff, Network Support Services, and other departments within Providence local Ministries
Please note the following important details regarding this position:
- This role is a hybrid position, working a combination of in office / work from home weekly
- The weekly hybrid work schedule will be defined by manager and departmental needs
- This role requires for you to be located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below:
- California: Irvine
- Work Week: Monday - Friday
- Work Shift: Day
Required qualifications for this position include:
- 8+ years of experience in contracting and negotiations
- 8+ years of experience with direct contract negotiations with HMO's, PPO's, Physicians, Physician Groups, Ancillary Providers and Hospitals
- 8+ years of experience with direct contract negotiations within an integrated healthcare delivery system and managed provider contracting staff
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Master's Degree in Business or Health Care Management

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
