We help airlines modernise their operating model using cloud, data and Al-delivered by teams with deep aviation domain expertise.<br><br>Our goal is to maximize airlines' operational efficiency by optimizing resource use, reduce costs and increase customer experience and satisfaction.</p></div><p style="text-align: justify;">The IT Contracts Manager is responsible for the governance and lifecycle management of all technology-related contracts, ensuring that supplier agreements support the airline’s operational, regulatory and transformation objectives. This role plays a critical part in managing commercial risk, ensuring compliance with standards and driving value from technology vendors across areas such as cloud services, software licensing, infrastructure and outsourced IT services.&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">The Contracts Manager will work closely with the legal department to Develop and improve contract templates, playbooks and processes, ensure that legal processes are adhered to, identify gaps where needed and support any related ongoing improvement initiatives. &nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Please note this is a hybrid position and you'll be expected to work from our customer's Dublin office 3 times per week.&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: rgb(27, 194, 162);"><strong>Key responsibilities &amp; duties include:</strong></span></p> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li>With support from Legal, negotiate and manage commercial terms including pricing, renewals, auto-renew controls, uplifts, service credits, warranties, and termination/exit provisions.</li> <li>Partner with Legal to ensure contracts appropriately address data protection, confidentiality, IP, liability/indemnities, audit rights, and regulatory obligations.</li> <li>Coordinate with IT Cyber, Privacy, and Risk teams to support supplier due diligence and ensure security requirements are captured in contracts and statements of work.</li> <li>Manage software and cloud subscriptio
