<b><u>Essential Responsibilities</u></b><br />
The Contracts Administrator is responsible for reviewing bids and contracts concerning scope of work, initiating and orchestrating contract-to-production life cycle, implementing complaint process reporting, and assisting in contract administration.<br />
<br />
<b><u>Specific Responsibilities</u></b>

<ul>
<li>Review bids and contracts.</li>
<li>Provide administrative support.</li>
<li>Work with different levels of personnel within an organization to analyze and solidify an overall contract strategy.</li>
<li>Coordinate actions with procurement and production teams.</li>
<li>Report status of current contract processes to management.</li>
<li>Resolve existing contract conflicts.</li>
<li>Unforeseen work processing.</li>
<li>Invoicing.</li>
<li>Maintain physical and digital contract files.</li>
<li>Analyze potential risks that contract changes may pose to the organization.</li>
<li>Customer communication.</li>
</ul>

<b><u>Required Qualifications</u></b>

<ul>
<li>Contracts experience.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Attention to detail.</li>
<li>Excellent reading and language comprehension.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication and business writing skills, both technical and non-technical.</li>
<li>Advanced computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office programs such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Access.</li>
</ul>

<b><u>Must be able to:</u></b>

<ul>
<li>Sit for prolonged periods of time.</li>
<li>Occasionally carry, lift, pull, and push up to 25 pounds of dead weight.</li>
