Roles and Responsibilities:Client Engagement:Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and requirements related to Salesforce implementation and optimization.Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, existing systems, and processes to develop tailored solutions.Lead client workshops, presentations, and discussions to articulate strategies, recommendations, and best practices for Salesforce architecture and implementation. Solution Design and Implementation:Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables and set and manage expectations.Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform within clients’ architectural landscape. Lead functional and/or technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end-states. Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects and teams.  .Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.  Provide expertise during sales efforts to define high-level solutions, scope, and estimate the technical level of effort. 
Technical ExpertiseAbility to speak to the Salesforce ecosystem in general.Demonstrate expertise in multiple Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud and integrating cross-cloud solutions.Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation across Salesforce and third-party platforms to drive personalized customer experiences.Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL, marketing automation, reporting, etc.) Knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design and database design Experience providing guidance, coaching, mentoring, and day-to-day direction for project teams Thought Leadership and Innovation:Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in Salesforce.Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement within client engagements, proposing new strategies, features, or integrations to drive business value.Contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives, mentorship programs, and community events to foster continuous learning and development within the organization. Qualifications:Ideally five (5) years of combined hands-on experience in Salesforce - including Data Cloud. Minimum of three (3) years required.Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization implementation/configuration experience preferredData Cloud Consultant certification is highly desirable.Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to C-suite executives.Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget, with a commitment to quality and client satisfaction.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment, adapting to evolving priorities and client needs. 

Information Security Responsibilities

  • Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
  • Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
  • Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
