About the role

The Office Assistant uses experience and professionalism to support a team of Service Delivery professionals in their daily responsibilities. The position’s primary focus is to provide outstanding administrative support, while representing the Firm in a professional manner, maintaining a positive attitude and functioning as a team player.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while demonstrating initiative.

  • Perform general office clerk duties and errands (e.g., post office, bank).

  • Scan, copy, upload, and file documents as needed.

  • Help organize and maintain common office areas.

Education and Experience:

  • High-school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) required with one to two years related administrative support experience.

  • Highly organized with a strong work ethic.

  • Attentive and detail‑oriented.

  • Ability to multi‑task and prioritize with effective time management.

  • Previous office experience preferred.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.

Certificates and Licenses:

Valid driver’s license required. 

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

  • Standard indoor working environment.

  • Occasional long periods of sitting while working at computer.

  • Occasional long periods of standing while copying.

  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 lbs. 

  • Position requires regular interaction with employees at all levels of the Firm in person and via e-mail and telephone.

  • Position requires regular interaction with clients and interface with external vendors in person and via e-mail and telephone.

Additional Details:

  • In-office at our Austin, TX office location

  • Part-Time (not to exceed 29 hours a week) - Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., with a flexible schedule.

  • Maternity Leave Coverage from 3/2 – 6/6
