Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and driven Continuous Improvement / Process Manager to lead process optimization, reliability, and performance across a growing manufacturing operation. This role is vital to the success of ongoing and future investments in process improvement, automation, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and improve processes to enhance performance and reliability
• Research, develop, and implement new processes and technologies
• Track, analyze, and report on process performance metrics
• Develop and manage maintenance plans and performance reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety plans and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of leadership and engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Effective project management abilities and multitasking capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to influence teams and foster collaboration

Work Environment:The operation spans over 100,000 square feet and includes large-scale fabric and film treatment, web handling, multiple printing technologies, slitting, packing, and labeling.
