About The Opportunity

This position will act as the liaison between Menasha and our Strategic Customer to manage the execution of requests to provide our customer with Menasha’s products and services with speed and candor. This position works in partnership with plant management to lead performance improvement through lean initiatives, effective problem-solving techniques, design and management of key metrics and continuous improvement activities, and the training and coaching of plant employees to accomplish the same.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as a champion of facility initiatives that deliver continuous improvement, culture transformation, waste reduction and/or cost savings in the supply chain.

• Work directly with the sales team, plant manager, and other plant functional leaders to coordinate and lead improvement initiatives resulting in quality, throughput, cost, and profit opportunities

• Manage display and primary packaging development process and execution

• Ensure that key dates and deliverables are being met while striving to identify efficiencies in current processes

• Identify and document cost savings for our customer

• Work directly with sales and customer to help meet customer requests

Education Required

Bachelor’s Degree

Requirements

Additional Knowledge, Skills, Or Abilities Desired

• At least 4 years of prior customer service or customer project management experience

• Excellent project management skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast paced team environment under deadlines

• High level of interpersonal, written, verbal communication/ influence skills, excellent presentation skills

• Ability to manage stressful situations with tact and poise

• Positive, proactive problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Self-disciplined and willing to adapt to change

Additional Job Requirements

• Experience in the corrugated industry with graphic, structural, and retail knowledge

• Experience in Sales or Procurement a plus

• Ability to travel, as needed
