Consulting, Senior Consultant

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Princeton, New Jersey and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Drive software advisory and implementation services to help bring world class Supply Chain network capabilities, operational know-how, digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities for Supply Chain network optimization. Provide application analysis to meet software architecture and infrastructure goals. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Set engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, and coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document. Support creation of interface specifications and flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:

• Utilizing Oracle and SAP modules to provide software advisory and implementation services for clients in the Pharmaceuticals sector;
  
• Creating project charters, schedules, and plans, defining project tasks, allocating resources, and monitoring project progress, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Excel, Project Management, and Templates;
  
• Working across all phases of the supply chain implementation lifecycle to design, develop, test and implement custom supply planning and enterprise resource planning (ERP) for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP modules S4 and Integrated Business Planning (IBP);
  
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional and technical requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that fully meet client needs, utilizing MS PowerPoint and Visio;
  
• Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing MS Excel and Project;
  
• Supporting Sprint Testing, Feature Testing, Business Scenario Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful design and implementation of solutions;
  
• Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state and to-be systems, processes and environments, utilizing MS PowerPoint and Visio; and
  
• Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing MS PowerPoint and Word.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $124,950.00 – $208,250.00.
