Construction Technical Inspector

This position plays a critical role in maintaining safe, compliant operations within restricted and airfield-controlled environments.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the South Fill Project, including scheduling and sequencing of fill deliveries
- Serve as the primary point of contact between contractors, Security Forces, Airfield Management, and the COR
- Coordinate access for contractors bringing materials into restricted areas
- Obtain and maintain required airfield driving and escorting badges
- Escort contractors into controlled and restricted areas as required
- Ensure compliance with installation safety, security, and operational procedures
- Support daily operational coordination to prevent schedule disruptions
- Operate government vehicles for official business only, in compliance with regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management, construction inspection, or technical oversight
- Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain/maintain).
- Experience working in controlled, restricted, or airfield environments preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work full-time on-site at Buckley Space Force Base
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain and maintain: Airfield driving badge
- Ability to obtain and maintain: Escorting badge
- Ability to obtain and maintain: Installation access credentials
