About the role

ASR is seeking an experienced Construction Technical Inspector to manage and coordinate the South Fill Project at Buckley Space Force Base. This role focuses on logistics coordination, restricted-area access control, and contractor scheduling, serving as the primary liaison between contractors, Security Forces, Airfield Management, and the government COR.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining safe, compliant operations within restricted and airfield-controlled environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee the South Fill Project, including scheduling and sequencing of fill deliveries
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between contractors, Security Forces, Airfield Management, and the COR
  • Coordinate access for contractors bringing materials into restricted areas
  • Obtain and maintain required airfield driving and escorting badges
  • Escort contractors into controlled and restricted areas as required
  • Ensure compliance with installation safety, security, and operational procedures
  • Support daily operational coordination to prevent schedule disruptions
  • Operate government vehicles for official business only, in compliance with regulations

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management, construction inspection, or technical oversight
  • Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain/maintain).
  • Experience working in controlled, restricted, or airfield environments preferred
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work full-time on-site at Buckley Space Force Base
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to obtain and maintain: Airfield driving badge
  • Ability to obtain and maintain: Escorting badge
  • Ability to obtain and maintain: Installation access credentials
