Construction Manager

We invite high-calibre candidates to fill the following position in Thailand.

Job Duties

• Lead and manage all site construction activities to ensure works are completed safely, on time and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate CSA, MEP and commissioning activities to ensure smooth construction sequencing and interface management.
• Manage subcontractors, site teams and daily construction operations in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and programme.
• Monitor construction progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedule.
• Coordinate with project management, consultants, client representatives and other stakeholders through testing, commissioning and handover.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience, including experience in a construction management or supervisory role.
• Data centre, mission-critical or major building project experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of site management, CSA/MEP coordination, construction planning, QA/QC and HSE requirements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a good command of written and spoken English.
