Pole Test & Treat plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of California's electric service. We are responsible for intrusively inspecting and treating distribution and transmission poles, ensuring compliance with CA laws and PG&E standards. Position Summary

 

The Construction Manager will be responsible for execution on the distribution and transmission pole intrusive inspections programs. The Construction Manager supports contract adherence, consults on program feasibility and project site details, coordinates with construction crews, oversees project inspectors, and on a project specific basis performs construction oversight. The incumbent may also prepare job packages and construction estimates, conduct job walks, and meet with bidders, contractors, and governing agencies. The Construction Manager ensures projects are completed per company standards, engineering design, regulatory guidelines, permits and schedule.

 

The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory and will be agreed upon by the successful candidate and hiring leader.

 

This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and assigned location based on business needs.

 

PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job.  The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.  Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.

 

A reasonable salary range is:

 

Minimum Base Salary (Bay Area)           $ 90,000.00

Maximum Base Salary (Bay Area)          $ 136,000.00

 

OR

 

Minimum Base Salary (California)           $ 86,000.00

Maximum Base Salary (California)          $ 129,000.00
