This role will oversee the fit-out of hyperscale data center white space within colocation environments and be responsible for managing all aspects of tenant fit-out construction, including trade coordination, work sequencing, quality control, and delivery of mission-critical infrastructure.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have experience with, or a strong understanding of, the Virginia Class A Contractor License process and bring proven construction management experience within data center environments. They should possess a solid understanding of white space infrastructure, including containment systems, overhead conveyance systems (ladder racks and cable tray), structural support frameworks, and cooling systems (HVAC).
