Construction Intern

SUMMARY Short-term assignment (3 to 6 months) in the Construction/Development Group, assisting with various projects underway and being planned at Gillette Stadium and Patriot Place in Foxborough, MA.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Interface between office staff and field crews for construction projects with a focus on GIS and AutoCAD projects
2. Manage document transmittals between Construction/Development Group, other internal departments, and third-party contractors, vendors, and agencies.
3. Prepare and manage status reports, information requests, and other project tracking documents.
4. Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Construction and/or Architecture study
• Construction, Real Estate Development, and/or Architecture experience
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel
• Prior experience with ArcGIS a plus
• Experience with BIM related software preferred
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit is preferred but not essential
• Must have means of transportation to and from Foxborough, MA
• Must have attention to detail and focused concentration
• Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness
