Construction Design Specialist Internship

Reports to

Director of Construction

Key Accountabilities:

• Assist with construction plan development for both new construction projects, refresh/remodel projects, and FunZone building additions
• Assist with process enhancements as it relates to plan and project development
• Other duties to be assigned

Qualifications, Skills, and/or Competencies:

• Beginner level Revit Competency
• Great attention to detail
• Eager to learn and work both independently and with team member supervision
• Interpersonal and communication skills to work with Franchisee Clients, General Contractors and Architect/Engineers
• Internship available starting immediately, length of internship to be determined
• Internship to take place at the Pizza Ranch Construction Department offices located in Downtown Orange City, IA
