Job Description:
This job is responsible for performing more complex analysis and modeling to minimize loss exposure and negative impacts to the customer experience. Key responsibilities include utilizing a variety of systems such as Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and other relational data bases to provide analytical support on strategies, ensure goals are met, and propose policy and procedural changes within segmentation structures to produce optimal results. Job expectations include evaluating data to assess potential fraud risk and create mitigation strategies.
This role is responsible for campaign management and execution of Business Card offers within the Client Level Offers (CLO) channel. The analyst will lead multiple complex projects, transform data-driven insights into actionable recommendations, and apply creative problem-solving to achieve strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Recommends ways to help the business achieve desired outcomes and make informed business decisions using data analysis outputs
- Performs complex analysis of financial models, market data, financial data, and portfolio trends to understand product performance and improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance
- Leads coordination of the production of product performance reports and updates for senior management
- Manages end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, targeting and post-campaign performance analysis
- Analyzes and mines campaign and offers performance data to inform strategy development and execution.
- Handle client escalations by understanding complaints and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Supports strategy development and ad hoc reporting and analytics to support business needs.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business needs and create innovative analytical solutions that drive strategic decision-making.
- Leverages advanced SAS coding expertise to conduct in-depth data analysis, interpret results, and identify key trends and opportunities.
- Analyzes and interprets large sets of raw data to recommend ways to help the business achieve desired outcomes and make informed business decisions
Required Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in SAS /SQL
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Data assessment and interpretation experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Qualifications:
- Understanding of Consumer & Small Business products, channels, and financial performance measures/drivers
- Experience in digital marketing strategies and campaign development
- Process oriented, looks for ways to continuously improve efficiency and reduce risk
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, economics, finance, or a related quantitative discipline
