Compensation Range: $73,887 - $59,110
 

Job Summary

As a Configuration Control Admin, you will process and manage documentation through GKN's change process to maintain compliance for aircraft parts production.  
 

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist Configuration Manager to manage requirements documentation and maintain traceability through the change process
  • Create and manage all company change requests and changes notices in Teamcenter PDLM
  • Assist employees by managing their technical data processing in Teamcenter PDLM
  • Coordinate and chair IPT Change Boards
  • Communicate clearly with all stakeholders on change processes and related issues, and effectively convey back solutions and issues to ensure clear understanding by team members
  • Additional assigned tasks as needed to support Configuration Management department

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years of administrative experience in an office or manufacturing environment
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proven organizational skills and abilities to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, set goals, and develop systems for achieving those goals
  • Proven proficiency and hands on computer literacy
  • Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations and/or program requirements. 


Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Change Management, Program Management or Document Control
  • Certification in Microsoft Office
  • Teamcenter or other PLM experience
