Job Summary:
Join our dedicated team as a Compliance Partner and make a significant impact by ensuring the effective implementation of compliance policies across our regions. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining corporate integrity and promoting a culture of compliance. We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about fostering compliance awareness in a collaborative environment.

As the Compliance Partner, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day compliance activities, developing and coordinating critical compliance training programs, and responding to reports of misconduct. Your ability to identify patterns of non-compliance and implement effective mitigation strategies will be vital in advancing our compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor compliance-related activities in your assigned regions and develop strategies to mitigate risks of non-compliance, ensuring adherence to corporate policies.

· Collaborate with the Vice President of Compliance Culture to enhance compliance training programs and develop metrics for monitoring high-risk areas.

· Investigate hotline calls and complaints regarding non-conformance with laws and policies, preparing detailed investigative reports and recommendations.

· Analyze trends in compliance activity and report findings to leadership to support ongoing improvement efforts.

· Build collaborative relationships with regional leadership and Human Resource Partners to ensure effective compliance practices and timely training completion.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

· Experience in Mental Health and/or Substance Use Disorder services is preferred.

· Experience in healthcare-related compliance is preferred.

· Familiarity with compliance-related software and standards is beneficial.

Additional Qualifications:
· Successful completion of background checks including criminal record, driving record, and abuse/neglect checks.

· Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance are required.

Physical Requirements:
ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (exists 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shifts.

Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
