Compliance Lead

We are seeking a dynamic Compliance Lead to spearhead our compliance initiatives, ensuring that we meet industry standards and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial compliance, with a focus on SOC2, PCI, and both internal and external audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Compliance Initiatives: Oversee and manage all compliance-related activities, including SOC2, PCI, and other relevant standards.

• External Audits: Coordinate and lead external audits, ensuring all documentation and processes are in place and up-to-date.

• Client/Vendor Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence for new clients and vendors, ensuring they meet KnotAPI's compliance standards.

• Internal Compliance Management: Implement and manage internal compliance processes, ensuring all departments adhere to set guidelines and standards.

• Drata Management: Oversee and manage our Drata platform, ensuring all compliance documentation and processes are updated and maintained.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest compliance standards and best practices, recommending and implementing improvements to our current processes.

• Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, ensuring that compliance is integrated into all aspects of our operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in financial compliance, with a focus on SOC2 and PCI.

• Familiarity with Drata or similar compliance management platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and lead compliance initiatives.
