Role Overview:
As a member of the Compliance Automation team, you will leverage your expertise in compliance frameworks to collaborate with Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) stakeholders in developing use cases. You will work closely with the C2S team to create solutions that fulfill GRC objectives. This position operates in a dynamic environment where agile methodologies are applied at scale. Effective cross-functional collaboration with multiple DT/GRC teams within RTX is essential, ensuring that target initiatives and deliverables remain the primary focus.

What You Will Do:
- Creating detailed process maps to visualize current and future state business processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Proposing and designing solutions (technical and process-based) that align with business objectives, including functional specifications and user stories.
- Participating in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure solutions are implemented successfully and meet business needs.
- Identifying opportunities for process automation and recommending changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Performing compliance analysis on proposed requirements to verify adherence to policies and procedures, documenting findings, and recommending corrective actions.
- Working with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can help improve GRC processes and ensure compliance.
- Creating detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps.
- Assisting in the development and execution of test plans to ensure that solutions meet the specified requirements.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 8 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 5 years experience.
- 8+ years experience working with Compliance Frameworks such as CMMC, NIST 800-171, CSF etc.
- 5+ years experience in Project Management methodologies, Agile, Kanban or SCRUM
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.
- Must be able to interface with end-user business, technology customers, and vendors in an effective and positive manner.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Strong time management skills and eagerness to collaborate across multiple teams.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to interact with and present to others
- Highly passionate about and motivated with can-do attitude, a desire to facilitate organizational change, and a demonstrated eagerness to learn.
- Experience with technical guidelines such as DISA STIGs or CIS Benchmarks
- Expertise with tools such as JIRA, Archer, Tanium, Power Automate, PowerBI Service
- Certified security expert –CISSP, Security +, or equivalent
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights using advanced AI and machine learning techniques
