Compliance Assistant, Athletics (Part-Time)

Position Overview  

Assistant will work as a part of the compliance team along with Asst AD for Compliance and Assistant Directors of Compliance/Academics. This position will offer day to day administrative support to the athletics department and will manage a variety of tasks associated with compliance operations. This is a part-time role.

Responsibilities 

• Administrative tasks related to the Compliance Office
• Review of student-athlete required paperwork
• Assist throughout the Official Visit process
• Monitoring completion of required logs from coaching staffs
• Research NCAA rules and prepare rules education materials for coaches and staff
• Occasionally assist with pass gate for select sports
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications  

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Organizational skills; ability to multi-task/manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated flexibility, creativity, strategic-thinking skills; willingness to take initiative and learn.
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills along with strong customer service skills
• Proven ability to work autonomously, collaboratively and within a team structure.
• Proficiency in office software systems such as: MS Word, Office, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
• Maintain confidentiality and attention to detail
