PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help to maintain and improve the NOV competency system.
  • Work closely with Management Teams to ensure visibility and understanding of KPI’s.
  • Provide monthly reports to management team.
  • Review and update competency documentation in line with business needs.
  • Act as a Workplace Assessor and Internal Quality Assurer.
  • Active support and development of assessors and sites within NOV CMS.
  • Ensures records, practices, and processes of competency system align with the standards set by awarding bodies and NOV.
