Oracle is seeking a skilled Lead Analyst for Workforce Intelligence to drive key insights from compensation data and its relationship with other HR data, including talent, performance, and attrition metrics. In this role, you will build and support data-driven solutions to inform business decisions, optimize compensation programs, and foster employee retention by leveraging advanced analytics and statistical methodologies.
You will investigate trends in employee compensation, work closely with stakeholders across HR, and project manage critical initiatives to ensure alignment with Oracle’s long-term talent and compensation strategies. Your findings will directly influence the direction of our compensation programs and help mitigate risks, ultimately improving job satisfaction and retention of top talent.

Responsibilities for this position include:
- Build and support analytical tools and dashboards in Excel, OBIEE, OTBI, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) to monitor and analyze compensation, performance, and attrition data.
- Work with users to understand their reporting and data needs, translating these requirements into actionable insights and reports.
- Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) and collaborate with other HR teams to ensure data is accurately captured and presented.
- Work with Advanced Analytics team to apply statistical techniques to the data, uncovering trends and providing insights leveraging compensation data.
- Project manage initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of key analytics projects and aligning data-driven recommendations with business needs.
- Present analytical findings to leadership and key stakeholders, providing insights that inform compensation and HR decision-making.
- Train HR teams and end-users on how to leverage dashboards, reports, and analytical tools for ongoing decision support.
- Investigate data from business process-system interactions impacts, to complex compensation-related questions.
- Provide advanced analysis using SQL, Python, and/or R to process and manipulate large datasets, ensuring the highest level of data accuracy and insights.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR concepts, particularly in compensation; talent management, performance, and attrition knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such Excel, PowerBI or Tableau; OBIEE, OTBI, and Oracle Analytic Cloud experience is highly desired.
- Demonstrated experience working with HR teams and business partners to gather data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
