We are looking for a Company Secretary to join a growing renewable energy company known for its strong market presence and commitment to operational excellence. The role covers company acquisition-related work, compliances of Public Limited Companies, and regular Company Law compliances, along with support on corporate restructuring, due diligence, and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end MCA/ROC filings and secretarial documentation while coordinating closely with clients and regulatory authorities.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Company Acquisition-related work and associated documentation.
  • Manage compliances of Public Limited Companies and ensure adherence to statutory timelines.
  • Undertake regular Company Law compliances, including MCA/ROC filings.
  • Prepare Board Resolutions, Shareholders' Resolutions, and Minutes of Meetings.
  • Maintain statutory records, registers, and other corporate secretarial documentation.
  • Assist in corporate restructuring assignments and related regulatory filings.
  • Support due diligence exercises for acquisitions and compliance reviews.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities (MCA/ROC and others) on ongoing compliance matters.
  • Ensure all filings and documentation are accurate, timely, and in line with applicable regulations.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Company Secretary (ACS/FCS) or equivalent, with working knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013.
  • Prior experience with MCA/ROC filings and secretarial compliance for Public Limited Companies.
  • Exposure to company acquisition, restructuring, or due diligence work preferred.
  • Strong drafting skills for resolutions, minutes, and statutory documentation.
  • Good communication and coordination skills for liaising with clients and authorities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple compliance timelines.
