We are seeking an experienced Community Association Manager (CAM) to oversee a portfolio of community associations and serve as the primary relationship manager for boards, homeowners, and business partners. This is a leadership role for professionals who value structure, accountability, and support—and want to manage communities the right way.

Our Community Managers are not expected to do everything alone. You’ll be backed by centralized accounting, established systems, and a leadership team that understands the complexity of the role and invests in your success.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of assigned community associations in accordance with management agreements, governing documents, and best practices
• Serve as the primary liaison to Association Boards of Directors, offering guidance, clear communication, and professional recommendations
• Execute administrative and operational responsibilities as directed by the Board and outlined in the management agreement
• Leverage Associa’s management tools and frameworks, including annual calendars, action item tracking, resolutions, committee charters, procurement procedures, RFPs, and budget planning
• Review monthly financial reports and ensure accurate, timely management summaries are delivered to Boards
• Partner with Boards and committees on major capital projects and long-term planning to protect and enhance community assets
• Monitor delinquency and collections processes in coordination with corporate and client-specific guidelines
• Attend Board meetings and community events as required by contract
• Prepare and deliver Board packets within established timelines
• Ensure Boards are informed of legal matters affecting the Association
• Maintain accurate community, unit, and contract records
• Support architectural review processes and routine inspections as required
• Oversee vendor relationships, including procurement, contract compliance, and performance evaluation
• Coordinate inspections of common areas and facilities and ensure follow-up actions are completed
• Oversee Accounts Payable processes in alignment with corporate procedures
• Supervise onsite or branch staff as outlined in the management agreement
• Perform additional duties as needed to support community success

The Support You’ll Have

• Centralized accounting, AP/AR, and back-office services through Associa’s Client Shared Service Center
• Established technology platforms and management tools—already implemented and actively used
• Leadership access and escalation support when challenges arise
• Intentional portfolio design based on community complexity, location, and available resources
