Key Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in multi-family property management.
• Energetic personality with a strong focus on excellent resident service.
• Proven ability to motivate and train a team across leasing, marketing, and collections.
• Problem-solving skills, a positive outlook, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong writing skills for clear, professional communication.
• Experience with Entrata is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the property’s financial health and meet occupancy goals.
• Monitor and manage delinquency standards.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure property excellence.
• Lead and support the office and maintenance teams.
• Approve budget expenditures and assist in hiring top talent.
• Deliver outstanding service to residents and manage requests efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety and housing regulations.
• Prepare and manage reports in a timely manner.
