What You’ll Do:

• Lead day-to-day property operations, including leasing, marketing, and resident relations
• Oversee rent collections, budget control, and occupancy goals
• Support and manage on-site office and maintenance teams
• Ensure compliance with all housing and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records and reporting

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property management (Required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Entrata experience is a plus)
