- Identify and facilitate Financial Education workshops through various methods for our key stakeholders: Our members, SAFE Employees, and the communities that SAFE Credit Union serves.
- Independently create new opportunities to explore membership expansion opportunities, including the delivery of Financial Education workshop series and programming.
- Develop, design, write, test, and evaluate financial wellness educational program content, webinars, and videos that enables SAFE to reach and improve current and prospective member’s financial well-being.
- Support community partners by also providing assistance with tabling events and workplace financial wellness initiatives.
- Independently work towards creating a continuously expanding and robust network of community contacts to maximize available resources, function as a connector between parties, and stay connected with the community at multiple levels.
- Continuously analyze and evaluate all program elements, content, and relationships to determine where improvements can be made, and independently make the necessary enhancements.
