Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience as a Homecare Supervisor in a Community Care Program or in-home care setting required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of personal care needs of older adults and individuals with disabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Legal authorization to work in Illinois
