Communications Representative

Sales Bizlab We are is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Representative to enhance internal and external communications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring clear, consistent messaging and fostering strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members. Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Atlanta, GA

 Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver clear, engaging communication materials.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
• Respond to customer and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Create and distribute company updates, announcements, and reports.
• Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
• Support the development of training materials and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather information and create content.
• Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness and suggest improvements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field preferred).
• Previous experience in a communications or customer-facing role is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
