WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Manage and oversee daily communications operations programs, ensuring smooth functionality and optimal performance of radio and communication systems.
• Escalation and first line of defense for emergency response, infra and communication outages.
• Network readiness and installation coordination with GSST-DEC TPM's, system integrators, Radio Application Specialists, GSST-TOC, and GSST-CIA teams to prepare the network for new system installations and ensure efficient installation processes.
• Act as the point of contact for the Radio Program Technical Operations team, collaborating with cross- functional partners from teams like FCS and Executive Support.
• Daily Radio alias and queue triage management ensuring all requests fall within scope of support and the correct resources are available, setting team up for operational success.
• Manage daily satellite phone operations program, ensuring the availability, functionality, and proper usage of satellite phones for critical communication needs.
• Direct support to the Office, CEO (OCEO), Production, and Executive Protection teams and Meta stakeholders to coordinate radio communications projects or events.
• Managing Team/responsible for PTO approvals and collecting timecards. 
• Conducting regular one-on-ones with Team.
