What You Will Do:

This position will play a critical role in supporting the broader team for management consulting projects, from project initiation, through analysis, solutions development, implementation, and closeout; projects can span organizational development and transformation, strategic planning and implementation, business process improvement, risk management, change management and strategic communications, as well as direct-mission support to federal health clients.

 

This position will assist in strategic program support in terms of business process reengineering, requirements definition and documentation, stakeholder management, and communication and database management.

 

Duties will include:

  • Performing strategic assessments of current standard operating procedure development and distribution processes to identify gaps and provide recommendations for addressing organizational challenges, enhancing performance, and achieving strategic goals.

  • Providing support to ad hoc client requirements and delivering on ad hoc client requests, to include studies, position briefings, and informational briefings


What You Will Need:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree

  • 3 years of professional experience in preparing communications deliverables across multiple channels, audiences and stakeholders.

  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including presentation skills) with the ability to provide writing & presentation samples

  • Strong Project Management skills with a focus on tracking timelines, deliverables and review cycles.

Must be local to the DC metro area and commute to Bethesda, MD, if needed.
