Common Area Cleaner

•  Clean all surfaces in common areas (e.g. Information Centers, Fitness Center, kitchens, restrooms) to include
  dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and glass cleaning;
  • Empty garbage cans from all amenity spaces including restrooms and dog waste stations;
  • Clean and maintain light fixtures for replacement bulbs. Report damaged fixtures to maintenance for repair;
  • Inspect conditions of furniture and fixtures for tears, rips, and stains and report to maintenance;
  • Post caution signs to limit pedestrian traffic when necessary;
  • Patrol grounds for trash and debris along roads, maintaining a “Clean as You Go” mindset;
  • Greet residents when in contact with a warm smile, and genuine greeting;
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional;
  • Assist in execution of on-site resident social events;

Qualifications

EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
•High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
•Ability to read, write and understand English
•Ability to use general office equipment, such as telephone, computer, printer, copier, and etc.
