Commercialization Coordinator

This position provides cross-functional execution and support that drives business performance and optimizes business processes between finance, plant operations, R&D, supply chain, demand & production planning.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing commercialization strategies for new products or services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate commercialization efforts
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitors
• Support the development of marketing plans and materials for product launches
• Monitor and track progress of commercialization initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance commercialization efforts
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards throughout the commercialization process

Required Skills/Abilities

• Analytical skills to interpret sales data and discuss how to improve the NPD sales process.
• Process and product coordinate - the ability to manage an extensive project list of at least 5-7 projects at various stages of completion.
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with automated MRP / ERP systems
• Accurate and attentive to detail.
• Well-organized, adapts to changing priorities.
• Ability to execute deadlines and manage projects professionally.

Education and Experience

• 7-10yrs experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
• Previous experience in a related role, such as marketing coordinator, product development specialist, or project manager
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools
• Knowledge of commercialization processes and best practices
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
