We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Real Estate Development Project Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in the successful execution of hotel development projects from inception to completion. 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements for hotel development initiatives. 
• Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met while maintaining high-quality standards in hotel development. 
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and consultants, to ensure cohesive collaboration and project success. 
• Navigate and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to hotel development projects. 
• Identify and assess potential risks, providing proactive solutions to mitigate challenges and maintain project momentum. 
• Foster clear and open communication with internal and external stakeholders, keeping them informed on project progress, challenges, and successes. 
• Collaborate on site selection processes and conduct thorough due diligence to assess feasibility and mitigate potential obstacles in hotel development. 
• Implement and oversee quality control measures to guarantee that the hotel development projects align with the company's high standards and specifications. 
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors, contractors, and other service providers to secure optimal terms and conditions for hotel development projects. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Real Estate, or a related field. 
• Proven experience in successfully managing hotel development projects, preferably in a commercial real estate setting.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in hotel development.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
