The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

As a Commercial Operations Data Governance Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Working cross-functionally across business, process, and operations Teams to define governance.
  • Gathering information on how the Master Data is being used transactionally, in downstream integrations, and externally with Customers, etc.
  • Documenting Governance standards to allow for visibility and adherence to business rules.
  • Identifying metrics and designing reports to identify discrepancies.
  • Monitoring progress and driving data quality improvements.
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for complex data questions and issues.

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher completed and verified prior to start and (8) eight years' experience working on IT applications or in Operations in a private, public, government or military environment

OR

  • High school Diploma/GED from accredited institution and minimum of (12) twelve years' experience working on IT applications or in Operations in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Customer, Commercial Material Master Data and governance expertise
  • Experience with documenting and understanding business processes and data flow
  • ERP experience (SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Experience with SQL and data models
  • Project management and Report Building Experience
  • Report building

Work location: Remote-United States
