About Us

New acquired UK based Compressed Air Treatment company specialising in the manufacture of Air Dryers, Nitrogen and Oxygen Generators. Now part of market leading global player Ingersoll Rand.

Job Summary

To open doors and create close working relationships with all existing distributors as well as opening and forming new contacts within the UK Compressed Air Industry.

Responsibilities.

• Commercial Management of self-contained manufacturing business, and responsibility for Sales, Service and Customer Support, whilst interfacing with an international team.
• Accurate Forecasting and Budgeting
• Sustainable growth year on year as has been achieved in the last 26 years, this must be continued.
• Pricing and Margin Strategy
• Account management.
• Strong set of people skills and understanding of employment law.

 

Basic Qualifications

• Full Clean Driving Licence
• Qualified to Degree Level in Engineering-MBA or Relevant Studies
• Experience in the Compressed Air Treatment or Gas Generation
• Proven track record as General Manager, Finance Manager or Sales Director.
• Understanding of Business Management and reporting in a numbers-based role.

 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

UK based, ideally no more 1 hour from Burton-on-Trent, it’s a remote WFH position, but would be expected to be in the UK Headquarters Burton -upon-Trent two full days per week minimum.

 

Key Competencies

• Must have experience in the role as Senior Manager in fast growing dynamic company.
