The Commercial HVAC Service Technician will: 

• Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems- air handling units, ductwork, vents, condensation drainage
• Perform diagnostic and service work on HVAC systems. 
• Offer HVAC solutions to customers with your expertise

Commercial HVAC Service Technician Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of HVAC service or installation experience
• Physical ability to lift or manipulate heavy equipment, climb tall ladders and work in tight spaces
• Valid driver's license with a minimum of three years driving experience and a great driving record
• Ability to pass periodic drug tests and a background check

This is a physically demanding job that requires the Commercial HVAC Service Technician to perform work in environments that will include exposure to heat, cold, dust, small and tight spaces, requiring climbing ladders to access, lifting, climbing, crawling, kneeling, etc., and exposure to varied conditions in residential homes.
