Where you fit in

  • Monitors the performance of the E-Mobility US public charging network while leading data analysis activities for same to drive recommendations for site-specific and network-wide improvements

  • Supports the development of a robust reporting analytics program for the Charging Sales team across network KPIs: profitability, utilization, charging success, etc.

  • Prepare reports at regular intervals and as needed to support business needs across a variety of matrixed stakeholders 

  • Drives actionable insights to E-Mobility network, engineering, and services teams on a continuous basis to maximize commercial performance of charging network vs potential using a variety of systems and tools – E-Mobility Data and Insights Dashboard, Sky reports, and public information (Plugshare, Google Reviews) to name a few 

  • Supports Charging Sales team members across a variety of initiatives through data and analysis including business case development related CSR, marketing, and others  

  • Supports media revenue operations function to analyze and book revenue 

  • Building and managing the gap analysis process in the spirit of improving forecast accuracy  

  • Leverage productivity data from tools like Salesloft, Atrium, and Spiff to drive decision making.  Help establish reporting cadences, QBRs, etc.  

  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to streamline data flow and help create a single source of truth for data (booked revenue, recognized revenue, etc.).    

  • Partner with Marketing to establish best practices and efficiencies for lead routing and engagement  

  • Fulfills other duties and projects as assigned to support the team 

What we need from you

  • Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

  • Strong expertise in data analysis tools like Excel and PowerBI

  • In-depth knowledge of media revenue and charging operations

  • Preferred: Proven experience in calculating and ensuring sales commission payouts

This role is a virtual position based in the US

The base salary range for this position is $122,000 - $182,000 per year.  Individual pay will be based on various factors, such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skill level, seniority, and internal equity.     

For regular full-time or regular part-time employees of the Company (participating companies as listed in the Summary Plan Description), insurance coverage options include medical, dental, vision coverage, life Insurance, Business Travel Accident Insurance, and Occupational Accidental Death Benefit programs. Employees also participate in a company pension plan and a 401(k) plan. Paid leave includes up to 3 weeks of paid vacation time, up to 11 paid holidays, and parental leave offering 16 weeks of paid leave to birthing mothers, and 8 weeks of paid leave for non-birthing parents.

Additionally, employees are eligible for disability leave for up to 52 weeks at 100% or 50% of base pay. Shell also offers other compensation such financial reimbursement for adoption, wellness, education, and personal learning expenses, and some roles are eligible for discretionary long-term incentives.
