Position Summary
The Commencement Assistant Temp will work with the academic office, registrar, and other CUWAA team members to ensure high-caliber commencement ceremony customer service and support. Duties include answering calls, following up on emails, and online ticket management. This is a temporary position.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Email and phone communication with students and guests regarding ceremony details, accommodations and ticket requests
- Seating and signage logistics planning.
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Ability to both lead and manage a high-achieving team in a fast-paced environment
- Member of a Christian congregation; CUWAA gives preference in hiring to members of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod (LCMS)
- Supportive of the mission and values of Concordia University Wisconsin/Ann Arbor
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associates degree preferred
- Three years experience working in an office setting

This is a part-time, temporary position. The starting wage may be determined upon education and/or experience.
