Summary
SRP is seeking a motivated College Intern to support our teams while gaining hands‑on experience in a collaborative, mission‑driven environment. This internship offers students the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to real‑world projects that support SRP’s commitment to delivering reliable, sustainable water and power services. Interns will work closely with experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful work, and develop technical and professional skills relevant to their field of study. The role is designed to foster learning, teamwork, and innovation while providing exposure to SRP’s operations and culture. This is an excellent opportunity for students who are eager to learn, grow, and make an impact while exploring a future career with SRP.
The student intern will work daily scheduled hours based on the department’s needs, with a minimum requirement of 15 hours and up to 40 hours per week maximum.
The Microsoft 365 / Copilot AI internship is an exciting opportunity to learn cutting edge technologies, as well as Information Management and IT best practices. The Microsoft 365 platform involves rapid innovation in personal productivity and collaboration technologies such as Copilot AI, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, Viva Engage, and Power Platform. Collaboration Services regularly works with internal and external customers to help them accelerate their work and enhance their collaboration.
What You'll Do
• Provide client support for current users of SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Copilot AI, and other Microsoft 365 applications to assist with requests and questions.
• Investigate and resolve customer, system and technical issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and business systems by determining root cause, communicating to stakeholders, and implementing a timely solution.
• Gather and document client requirements on new requests.
• Work with Microsoft 365 administrators to build and implement solutions using standard features of Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Provide support for implemented solutions.
Education
Additional Requirements and Qualifications
Preferred Knowledge & Skills:
• Skilled in the use of SharePoint and / or Microsoft 365 features to provide business solutions for collaboration and information sharing.
• Basic understanding of the practice of information management within a corporate setting
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface directly with clients.
