Collections Manager/Assistant Store Manager Responsibilities: 

• Hire, develop & motivate team members
• Lead lending & collection activities
• Back up the Branch General Manager
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service
• Ensure branch compliance

Collections Manager/Assistant Store Manager Requirements: 

• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Good computer, customer service & leadership ability
• Able to work the listed hours 

Collections Manager/Assistant Store Manager Work Hours:

• 5-day work week
• 40-45 hours a week
• Work every Saturday for 5 hours
• Sunday & a weekday off
• Location Hours: 9-6 M-F, SAT 8-1
